(Possible) Bug Report - decimal separator (1 reply and 1 comment)
Thank you for the feedback. It appears you have not found 1, but 3 opportunities for improvement. There is nothing you have missed for the settings on the comma/decimal. This is an item we will need to correct.
While I don't have a shortcut to toggle the active layer for editing, you do have the ability to select from the drop down. The drawback is the screen continues to scroll/pan when the cursor goes out of the work area, and I do not have a toggle to lock the view either.
The zoom issue you are experiencing is similar in that we are currently locked to single active operation, and do not have the ability to multi-task a second view (zoom) or other action (pan/scroll) while editing.
I will log these for our developers, and we will keep you posted on their progress. My apologies for the inconvenience this may cause in the meantime. Thank you for taking the time to inform us.

Thank you for the reply!
Hey, I've just installed ExpressPCB Plus and I pretty much like the upgrade from the Classic.
I've found a little bug with decimal separator in New Land Pattern dialog box (I'm instantly in love with this feature).
My Regional settings in Windows 7 is set to Croatia, which means that my default decimal separator is comma (,).
In the New Land Pattern dialog box, the decimal separator for the prefilled value is shown as comma, however, when I type any new value and use a comma, the field fails to accept that value and always turns to 0,070 mm (note the comma). If I use decimal point the field accepts the value, but after pressing Return key, it decimal separator turns from point to comma.
I can use the feature by pressing point, however, my keyboard Numpad has a comma, so it's a lot more convenient for me to use comma.
When I changed Regional settings to use point as decimal separator, in the New Land Pattern dialog box it is displayed as point, but my Numpad is still typing comma.
In the Grid and Snap Spacing dialog, the behavior is the same.
I haven't found a settings to change the default decimal separator. Am I missing something?
Perhaps I should start a new thread for this, but here it goes anyway.
What's the shortcut for switching layers (top / bottom) while routing traces? "L" doesn't seem to work as it worked in Classic, and neither does any other key or key combination I tried. Changing the layer after the routing works, but how do I do it on the fly?
Also, zooming while routing doesn't work. Is that intended?
All in all, I like the Plus version a lot. You guys did a great job and I am very grateful that you offer it free of charge. Honestly, I appreciate it very much.
